Join Angie Knight for her 6th annual Tulum retreat at one of the most
renowned yoga retreats and spas in the world. Maya Tulum is a beautiful
retreat center located an hour and a half south of Cancun, Mexico on the
white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Sea. The service is stellar, the meals

phenomenal healers. We will begin our days with vinyasa flow yoga that will
be both invigorating and replenishing. We will end our days with slow flow,
yin yoga, restorative yoga, and other self-care delights. The days are
completely free to relax on the beach, play in the ocean, explore ancient
Mayan ruins, go on guided excursions, eat delicious food and receive
pampering spa treatments.

Angie has been hosting retreats, locally and internationally, for over six
years. Her retreats are fun and transformational. They create an
environment of levity, connection, and healing; one where you can fully
embrace yourself and your life as they are.

This week will be a space where we can experience the lightness of being. It

Angie Knight has studied yoga, shamanism, and other healing arts for over
16 years. She has taught thousands of public and private yoga classes and
leads workshops, mentorships, trainings and retreats, both nationally and
internationally. She has studied various yoga lineages, but her main teacher
has been her own practice, personal experience and life itself. She considers
herself a student of life and has learned to embrace what is happening in the
moment as the ultimate guide to awakened living. Her teaching is loving,
compassionate, and empowering and she teaches from a place of connection
rather than authority.
For years, she has coached and supported others in transforming their pain
into power, trusting their own inner guidance, and living an authentic life.
Angie has spent 10 years developing her own unique way of teaching yoga
and holding space for others. She has had the honor of learning from
hundreds of different teachers in her 17 years of yoga practice. Her teaching
background is a mixture of Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga,
Restorative Yoga, and Shamanic/Energy Healing. Angie’s skill lies in
combining yoga and healing to facilitate transformation in her students,
helping them remember their inherent wholeness and discover what makes
them come alive.

What Past Attendees Have Said:

“I am so happy to have found this amazing yoga retreat. Maya Tulum is the
perfect place to take off my shoes (and not put them back on for a week)
and treat myself to precious alone time, delicious food, and amazing
treatments, and relax in a beautiful cabaña right on the beach. All of this by
itself is enough to rejuvenate the body and mind. But what really makes the
retreat one-of-a-magic is Angie. Angie is a friend, a teacher, and a healer to
each person in the group. She facilitates and holds the space for a truly
life-altering experience. I can’t wait to get back next year!”
-Marimar, Baja, Mexico

“Finding the right and fitting words to describe last year’s retreat experience
with Angie is an overwhelming exercise that, to this day, overpowers my
senses with absolute peace and wonderful daydreams born out of a week
where I totally surrendered myself to the elements of life. So much beauty
and peace emanates from the hallowed grounds of Maya Tulum that going
back is not in question. Angie’s radiance of life, love, and grace is a
phenomenon in and of itself. I arrived at Maya Tulum with a deep longing for
internal peace and healing and left with a fulfilled heart, a satiated palate
(the amazing food deserves it’s own write up), and more blessings than I
can count.”
-Manny, Austin, TX

“I’ve been to Angie’s Tulum retreat twice with my husband and we’re
considering a third time. Each experience was uniquely beautiful and exactly
what I needed each time. Healing and strengthening yoga, delectable and
healthy food, friendly atmosphere and beachfront location make it the
perfect vacation. This week is a gift that will stay with you all year long.
-Stacy Michaelsen, Austin, TX

“Of all the retreats, and special places I have been in this world, none were
close to this experience at Maya Tulum. This place and the hospitality of the
staff made the sun, the ocean, and the beach all feel like one long moment
of magic. Angie supported me through another level of transformation with
just the right influence, like I have never experienced in my 8 years of yoga
practice.Thank you!”
-Nick Sarillo, Chicago, Ill.

"This was one of my favorite trips!! I had 3 friends join me, one in her 50's
who had never done yoga before and did not know Angie or Jenn. Now she
practices yoga in Denver, CO. We had great food, yoga, and activities
everyday. The resort was absolutely beautiful with a welcoming and
attentive staff. Everyone should take a trip like this in their lives!! I would
recommend to anyone and looking forward to going again. "
